I like this -- I sometimes think that cognition is a better term than intelligence -- because it decouples it a bit from the human associations. The availability of mass cognition is certainly an intriguing policy challenge, and opportunity.
I cannot claim to have invented the term, but Mollick captured elegantly what I wanted to express: There are more ways to think about AI than just a single (or even a handful) of AGIs!
